As an Intensive Care Unit nurse, effective communication and understanding human behavior are essential in my day-to-day interactions with patients, families, and colleagues. The Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) 2.0 seminar was incredibly insightful, particularly in helping me establish rapport with everyone around me. I learned practical techniques to improve my communication skills, which has already positively impacted my interactions. Learning about the presuppositions just takes understanding one self as well as others on a whole different level. The seminar also deepened my understanding of both the conscious and unconscious mind, as well as my personal learning style.
